One of my favorite annual trips every year is to my grandparents' house in Scottsdale. When I was living in Colorado, I went through a really rough patch mentally and my trip to the sun & warmth of their home felt like the clouds clearing. During that trip, they introduced me to prickly pear margaritas, so this one is for them. Because what more do we need in life besides sun, family & prickly pear margaritas?
